Lead Financial Specialist

Are you a seasoned finance expert with a passion for leading teams and driving business success? We're seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team

  • As the key financial leader, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financial management reporting. This includes reviewing and controlling day-to-day accounting operations, including General Ledger, AP, AR, inventory control, project costing, fixed assets, and cash management.
  • You will also be in charge of group consolidation and financial reporting, including taxation & compliances, as well as conducting due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures with financial models and analysis.
  • Additionally, you will report to the management with timely and accurate financial information, review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities, and perform ad-hoc analysis and simulations to support business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA, CIMA).
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role or audit experience and a history of successful progressive finance roles.
  • Experience in calculation and analysis of profit margins, spending, capital investment, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Savvy in SAAS accounting software like Xero, Quickbooks online etc.
  • Proven ability to understand key financial and business variables in a complex and changing commercial environment.
  • Bilingual in English & Chinese so as to handle English & Chinese speaking clients.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
