The Innovation & Improvement (I&I) Office plays a pivotal role in driving Yishun Health's future success. As an Operations Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating organisational changes that enhance our ability to achieve strategic objectives efficiently.

I&I is dedicated to driving superior outcomes in process, service and quality improvement through:

  • Facilitating Improvement Initiatives: Collaborating with internal stakeholders to initiate and drive improvement projects, supported by meaningful data and analytics.
  • Building Capabilities: Enhancing improvement skills and capabilities across the hospital.
  • Fostering Innovation: Cultivating an innovation culture within the hospital.

Your role as Operations Improvement Manager will focus on detailed planning and facilitating the implementation of improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing organisational performance and efficiency.

You will collaborate across departments to identify areas for improvement, develop strategic plans, and execute solutions that drive operational excellence.

Major Duties and ResponsibilitiesAnalyse Processes:

Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.

Project Management:

Co-lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of desired outcomes.

KPI Monitoring:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

Reporting:

Prepare and present regular reports on the progress and impact of improvement projects to key stakeholders.

Supporting Continuous Improvement:

Work closely with doctors, nurses, allied health, operations staff and other support departments to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
