Operations Improvement Manager
We are seeking an experienced Operations Improvement Manager to lead our efforts in streamlining business processes and improving operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective change management.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements.
Requirements:
- 8-12 years of overall experience and 5-8 years of experience in operations improvement or related field.
- Proven track record of leading successful process improvements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
