Operations Improvement Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Improvement Manager to lead our efforts in streamlining business processes and improving operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective change management.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of overall experience and 5-8 years of experience in operations improvement or related field.
  • Proven track record of leading successful process improvements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
