Job Description\
We are seeking a skilled Product Executive to join our team at MIMS Pte Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new user services that enhance the overall experience of our users.\
\
Your key responsibilities will include:\
- Developing and proposing new service ideas or enhancements to improve the MIMS user service.\
- Using frameworks like RICE to assess and prioritize multiple ideas, considering factors such as impact, reach, confidence, and effort.\
- Conducting analysis on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to inform the development of MIMS' user service strategies.\
- Monitoring and assessing competitors' user services, features, and engagement strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.\
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and design new user services, features, and support tools.\
- Evaluating the quantitative results of each service enhancement to validate their effectiveness and impact.\
\
To succeed in this role, you will need:\
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (healthcare background is a plus).\
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, user service planning, or similar roles in healthcare, technology, or user support environments.\
- Familiarity with healthcare information platforms and user-centric service practices.\
- Digital marketing tool experience, e.g., SEO, GTM, GA, UX tool, Access heatmap tool, recommendation tool, CDP, point program, etc.\
- Experience in an internet service company operating across multiple countries with traffic more than 100K session per month (better if healthcare service).
