Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Guest Services Executive to join our team. As a Guest Services Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling their queries and concerns, and ensuring their stay with us is memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests, responding promptly to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
- Familiarize yourself with all room types and rates, up-selling opportunities as applicable.
- Take ownership of problems, handle guest complaints professionally, and report to supervisors as necessary.
- Ensure guest room security, emergency procedures, and fire safety protocols are followed.
- Be knowledgeable about hotel facilities, functions, major city attractions, and events, providing guests with accurate information as requested.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- Able to perform rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and excellent public relations skills.
- Previous experience in hospitality and knowledge of Opera system are advantageous.
