Job DescriptionAs a leading Culinary Master, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional dining experiences. Your expertise in menu creation, food safety, and team management will drive culinary innovation and excellence.
Required Skills and QualificationsCertified Culinary Professional, with Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts or Science, Business, or relevant fields. A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience as a chef, including successful completion of WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Course – Food Safety Course Levels 1 and 2.
Kitchen Management Expertise, including proven ability to manage kitchen stocks, minimize wastage, and ensure optimal labor costs. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with tenacious problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
Culinary Innovation, with a passion for staying updated on the latest culinary trends, kitchen processes, and technologies. Ability to collaborate with vendors to source high-quality ingredients within budget constraints.
