Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a senior finance professional to lead our finance and accounting function.

This is a strategic role that requires a high degree of autonomy and accountability. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of finance and accounting principles, as well as experience in managing teams and leading change initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant or hold an equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar role. They will have a proven track record of delivering results and meeting deadlines, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage the finance and accounting team, providing guidance and direction to ensure delivery of key objectives.

  • To oversee the preparation of financial reports and statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
