Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting

Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management, analyzing financial data and providing insights to support business decisions.

Compliance and Controls

Monitor and continuously improve internal controls, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements and maintaining high standards of financial governance.

Budgeting and Forecasting

Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting exercises to guide financial planning and support strategic objectives.

Cash Flow Management

Manage cash flow and treasury functions, ensuring efficient management of financial resources to meet operational needs and growth plans.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. An advanced degree is advantageous but not required.
  • Professional Certification: CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualification is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting, with proven progression in responsibilities.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leadership role, able to manage and motivate a finance team.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and statutory regulations, proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
