Senior Financial Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Leader to lead our financial reporting and treasury matters.
- Analyse Group's monthly performance for informed decision-making.
- Manage the preparation of timely and accurate management accounts and reports.
- Review Group's financial statements and management reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Oversight of treasury matters, including prompt notification of authorised signatories or staff points of contact changes.
Budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial planning is key in this role. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline is essential as well as professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA, CIMA).
The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of progressive finance experience with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are required along with excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
This role involves managing statutory accounts for the Group's businesses and subsidiaries, preparing the Group's financial statements in the annual report, and quarterly GST filing and annual tax compliance. The right candidate will also oversee working capital components of the Group and ensure proper cash flow processes.
The position requires strong experience in group consolidation and multi-entity reporting. As a results-driven individual, you will be responsible for undertaking ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in finance.
