Job Title: Senior Financial Leader

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our global team as a Senior Group Finance Manager. As a key member of the Group Reporting team, you will be responsible for leading financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely consolidation, and providing insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead group financial reporting, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, SEC requirements, IFRS, and SFRS standards.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to provide recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including local country finance teams and regional accounting teams, to ensure seamless financial operations and reporting.
- Assist with special projects such as IPOs, valuations, internal control reviews, mergers and acquisitions, implementation of new accounting standards, system rollouts, and other related initiatives.

Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CA qualification is an advantage.
- Over 10 years of relevant experience in finance, global group reporting, and consolidation, with a background in Big Four audit firms.
- Experienced in dealing with the SEC and well-versed in SEC regulations and US GAAP.
- Strong business acumen and collaboration skills.
