Strategic Financial Leader

As a seasoned financial expert, you will lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for regional management companies and special purpose vehicles (SPVs). Your primary goal is to ensure that financial reporting is accurate, timely, and compliant with local regulations as well as international accounting standards.

Budgeting and Forecasting

Cash Flow Management

Qualifications & Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong educational background in finance or a related field. A minimum of 15 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, coupled with a minimum of 3 years in a senior finance or managerial role within private equity or venture capital is also required.
