We are seeking a skilled Strategic Financial Leader to drive financial excellence within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Financial Strategies: Utilize expertise to formulate and execute comprehensive financial strategies, aligning with the company's growth and profitability objectives.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and analyze detailed financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cost statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Cost Management: Conduct thorough cost analysis, identifying areas for reduction and optimization, to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Inventory Valuation and Control: Monitor and analyze inventory costs, guaranteeing accurate valuation and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets, providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • FP&A Leadership: Direct and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; CMA or CPA certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with a focus on financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and make informed strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, employees, and external partners.
  • PREFERRED: Experience in manufacturing or technology industries, particularly AI and robotics.
  • Proficiency in Financial Software: Proficient in industry-standard financial software, such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Power BI, and SAP.
