Job Title: Strategic Financial Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Financial Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the execution of valuation engagements, performing independent valuations, and producing and analyzing financial models.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading in the execution of valuation engagements.
  • Performing independent valuations for businesses, tangible and intangible assets, and financial instruments.
  • Producing and analyzing financial models and assessing commercial data.
  • Leading in pitching for new work and building and maintaining client relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent academic background with a professional qualification in accounting/finance/CFA/FRM.
  • Minimum 5 years' valuation experience acquired within a valuation practice within an accounting and/or professional services firm.
  • Strong grasp of business and intangible assets valuation concepts.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and presentation/report writing skills.
