Architectural Design Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design and analysis of architectural projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative and functional designs that meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • Assist team members with project objectives, timelines, and budgeting while establishing project goals and identifying problems.
  • Participate in site visits to evaluate building systems and identify areas for improvement.
  • Read, interpret, and explain complex technical documents, consult with clients on building projects, and interact daily with clients to interpret their needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architectural Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Professional engineering license
  • Current knowledge of industry trends, technology, codes, and regulations
  • Strong analytical, critical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of science, mathematics, and engineering principles
  • Good time management and team working skills
