We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead our architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing design processes, collaborating with clients and teams, and delivering innovative design concepts.
The successful candidate will oversee the production of detailed design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation while ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and present innovative design concepts that balance functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
- Manage the design process for a portfolio of architectural projects, working closely with clients, project managers, and the design team.
- Oversee the production of detailed design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Ensure projects adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering their professional development.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless integration of the design process with overall project execution.
- Proven experience in managing design processes and leading teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to develop and present innovative design concepts.
