As a skilled Architectural Designer, you will have the opportunity to conceptualize and execute architectural designs for transport and infrastructure projects.

Your role will involve conducting feasibility studies, preparing tender documentation, and ensuring design quality compliance with local authorities.

You will work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality projects that meet client expectations.

To succeed in this role, you will require a degree in Architecture and at least 5 years of relevant experience in the industry.

You should have good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings, and construction practices, as well as competency in authority requirements and submission procedures.

Able leaders with strong communication skills are preferred.

Requirements:

  • Conversant with local codes & regulations
  • Competency in authority requirements and submission procedures
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Good leadership and communication skill
