Key Architectural Leadership Role

This position is for a visionary and experienced architect who will shape the architectural direction of our studio, lead design strategy across major projects, and mentor emerging talent.

The successful candidate will have strategic design leadership skills, ensuring alignment with company values, client goals, and design excellence. They will also champion innovation through the integration of cutting-edge digital tools and drive design excellence across the practice.

  • Define and lead the architectural vision across all projects.
  • Review design outputs for clarity, coherence, and alignment with project goals and company standards.
  • Check documents and drawings for submission to regulatory authorities for approval.
  • Drive the adoption of advanced digital design tools (e.g., BIM, parametric design) and foster innovation in design processes.
  • Play a key role in shaping the firm's culture, workflows, and design standards.
  • Represent the firm in high-level client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Mentor senior and junior designers, cultivating a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Ensure all projects meet regulatory requirements, technical standards, and internal quality benchmarks.

We are looking for a registered architect with the Board of Architects Singapore, a Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design, project leadership, and studio management.

A strong portfolio of completed projects, deep expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite, as well as familiarity with parametric and computational design tools (e.g., Rhino/Grasshopper, Dynamo), is essential for this role.
