Job Title: Visionary Design Leader

We are seeking an accomplished professional to spearhead our design initiatives, oversee project execution, and act as the primary point of contact for clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Create innovative design concepts, drawings, and specifications using industry-standard tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite. Ensure designs meet client requirements, regulatory standards, and project parameters.
    • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources from conception to completion. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients, presenting design proposals and addressing feedback. Prepare regular progress reports and conduct meetings to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Ensure adherence to local regulations (e.g., BCA guidelines). Conduct site visits and audits to maintain design integrity and safety standards.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years in design + project management experience (experience in Singapore/Asia preferred).
    • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, 3D rendering tools).
    • Strong project management (Agile/Waterfall) and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in construction, F&B, retail, or hospitality sectors.
    • Knowledge of BIM or sustainable design practices.
    • PMP or similar certification.
