Job Role: Visionary Designer

We are seeking an exceptional designer to spearhead our creative team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architectural or interior design, accompanied by advanced computer-aided design (CAD) skills and experience working on hospitality and food and beverage projects. They should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite software, including Photoshop and Illustrator, and demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing comprehensive design documentation, encompassing tender and detailing drawings.
  • Creating detailed render plans and section elevations, translating concept designs into operational documents for all phases of the process.
  • Efficient use of AutoCAD and Photoshop to produce high-quality designs.
  • Collaborating with the design team on technical and product research and review.
  • Managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A relevant diploma or degree in Architectural or Interior Design or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in hospitality and food and beverage projects.
  • Advanced CAD skills and knowledge of drawing preparation and CAD standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous, a good team player, and able to work under pressure.
