Design Visionary

As a Design Visionary, you will be responsible for setting the design direction and strategy for new consumer banking products. You will champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the importance of design within the organization.

Key responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and pain points through user research and insights. You will then define and execute a comprehensive design strategy that aligns with business goals and customer needs.

Additional responsibilities include conceptualizing and designing intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that emphasize usability and accessibility.

You will also plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather user feedback and validate design decisions. Iteration on designs based on user feedback and insights is crucial in continuously improving the product.

Cross-functional collaboration is key in this role, where you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design goals with technical constraints and business objectives.

A successful candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field. They must have extensive experience (7+ years) in product design with a strong portfolio of consumer-facing digital products.

The ideal candidate will also have proven leadership experience, including leading design teams and driving design strategy. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or similar is essential.
