Job Title: Product Visionary

This is a leadership role that oversees the product strategy, execution, and delivery of applications and solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

The key responsibilities include defining and owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap; balancing short-term delivery with long-term innovation; evaluating and recommending the right mix of bespoke and commercial off-the-shelf products; leading new development initiatives and managing future feature releases; collaborating closely with engineering, design, and vendor teams; ensuring product requirements are clearly documented, prioritized, and communicated to cross-functional teams; engaging with internal stakeholders, end-users, and leadership to gather requirements, define KPIs, and align expectations; and championing user-centric design principles and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably across both bespoke and COTS solutions;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Familiarity with agile product management practices.
