Airworthiness Manager

**Job Title:** Airworthiness Specialist
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Administrative Officer in monitoring and tracking off-wing rotables modifications, inventory pool compliance with Airworthiness Directives, seed units modification programs, components removal data/shop finding, and reliability performance reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring and tracking of off-wing rotables modifications for SIAEC's Inventory Technical Management (ITM) Customers together with internal stakeholders.
- Assist in monitoring and tracking of off-wing rotables inventory pool for compliance with Airworthiness Directives together with internal stakeholders.
- Assist in monitoring and tracking of seed units that have been taken from OEMs for modification programs.
- Assist in extracting and reviewing of components' removal data/shop finding for the monitoring of the components' reliability performance.
- Prepare ITM customers components' reliability performance report for review.
- Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to attain and review removal data from ITM customers for the identification and management of potential rogue units.
- Compile data required for the analysis of the component reliability evaluations.
- Monitor and manage administrative matters for the team's General Staffs (GS).
- Perform any other duties assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- Diploma with minimum 3 years working experience preferred.
- Prior working experience within the aviation industry is advantageous but not necessary.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to integrate multiple ideas and information from across various fields.
- Experience with SAP, Data Visualization Tools, and Process enhancement skills is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish team effectiveness and manage partnerships to create a cooperative working environment which enables the achievement of goals.
