Job Title

Airworthiness Maintenance Coordinator

We are seeking an Airworthiness Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Planning Data Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of aircraft maintenance data.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information and create accurate task lists and maintenance plans in the Maintenance Information System (MIS).
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Verify that preloads and due dates in maintenance plans are correctly populated.
  • Report the carried-out status, completion status or findings of Service Bulletins to OEMs.
  • Perform any other planning-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with key aircraft documents such as Service Bulletins (SB), Maintenance Manuals (MM), Illustrated Parts Catalogues (IPC), and aircraft delivery documents.
  • High attention to detail with strong accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in systems like SAP and Envision.
  • Candidates with experience in an aircraft maintenance environment will be preferred.
  • Fresh Polytechnic graduates with a strong interest in aviation are welcome to apply.
