NDT Technician Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable NDT Technician to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring products meet airworthiness standards by performing daily operations in accordance with high-quality standards.

This includes:

  • Reading and understanding company policies and procedures, work instructions, component maintenance manuals, standard practice manuals, and other procedure manuals.
  • Performing Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) of aircraft wheels and brakes using NDT inspection methods.
  • Sets up, maintains, and repairs shop equipment to ensure maximum performance.
  • Follows established quality control systems and procedures to ensure company and regulatory compliance.
  • Completes necessary related documentation in accordance with established procedures.
  • Additional duties as assigned by the Workshop/Maintenance Manager.

Requirements include holding an ITC/Diploma in Engineering or Material Science or equivalent, NAS410/EN4179 Level 2 certification in PT, MT, ET, and/or UT, documented method man-hours, visual acuity equivalent to Jaeger 1, 20/25 Snellen at 16" or Time Roman N4.5 at not less than 30cm, Ishihara colour vision of min 24 plates, excellent attitude, Human Factors trained, CAAS Air legislation paper M10 & M09, strong problem solver, self-motivated, and self-starter.
