Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airworthiness Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aviation-related activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in airworthiness regulations, quality management systems, and human factors. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks, and ensure that all processes and procedures are effectively implemented and maintained.

Your expertise in legislation, workplace safety, and environmental health will enable you to develop and implement effective quality assurance programs, conduct audits and inspections, and provide training and guidance to employees.

In this role, you will also be responsible for reviewing and updating documentation, including quality manuals, standard operating procedures, and safety management systems.

Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in aviation quality management
  • Strong knowledge of airworthiness regulations, quality management systems, and human factors
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Audit and inspection experience an asset
