**Job Title**:Quality Assurance Engineer (AMDC)

**Location**:540 Airport Road, Singapore

**Job Overview**:
As a **Quality Assurance Engineer **at the Advanced Manufacturing Design Centre (AMDC), you will report to the Head of AMDC, taking a lead role in managing and ensuring the quality assurance processes for AMDC. Your primary focus will be to support the customer’s Quality management system, oversee production quality, and ensure compliance with industry standards. You will also manage non-compliance processes and contribute to production organization approval activities.

**Key Responsibilities:
**1.General QA Management**:

- Lead quality assurance initiatives at AMDC and support the broader customer’s quality management system and quality plan.
- Oversee Production Organisation Approval activities.
- Manage the non-compliance process, including defect trending and corrective action.

**2.Inspection & Calibration**:

- Develop and implement inspection plans, ensuring inspection steps are incorporated into the manufacturing documentation.
- Ensure the calibration status of Inspection, Measuring, and Test Equipment (IMTE) is maintained.
- Verify the conformity of jigs and tooling as needed.

**3.Compliance & Reporting**:

- Coordinate non-conformity reports with the Design Organisation and ensure timely closure.
- Ensure that all quality-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Perform audits and inspections as required, ensuring compliance with industry standards and certification requirements.

**4.Concurrent Assignments**:

- Support the Head of AMDC with project management and business development tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, particularly in manufacturing and auditing special processes.
- Certified AS9100 auditor.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft structure parts, components, hardware, consumables, or manufacturing processes.
- Basic understanding of airworthiness requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Part 21Sub-part J/G and/or Additive Manufacturing is an advantage.
- Project management experience is an added benefit.
