Job Title: Corporate Governance Specialist


Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Governance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of corporate secretarial work, including incorporation of companies, preparation of necessary documents, updating and maintaining of statutory registers, filing of documents with ACRA, and providing advice on compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in corporate secretarial work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle tasks in a prompt and efficient manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

· Prior experience in corporate secretarial work is an advantage
