**Job Title: System Governance Specialist**

A visionary leader is sought to oversee engineering functions, drive discipline practices, and promote knowledge sharing across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in systems engineering lifecycle management, including requirements, design, integration, and verification and validation.

  • Develop and implement process improvements and tools to enhance team performance.
  • Contribute to the development of a clear vision and direction for Engineering initiatives.
  • Ensure effective knowledge sharing and capitalization across the organization.

This role requires a strong understanding of systems engineering principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT or related field.
  • Postgraduate studies in Systems Engineering desirable.
  • 10+ years of experience in systems engineering lifecycle management.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing and coaching staff.
