Engineering Discipline Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our engineering discipline team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the discipline, including technical standards, procedures, and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage engineering support resources and global networks.
Develop corporate technical standards and procedures.
Conduct recruitment of engineering information management resources together with HR.
Monitor feasibility studies and project progress for support to projects.
Lead the development of lesson learnt databases and engineering information management systems for project execution and operation phases.
Requirements:
Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline such as information technology.
Minimum years of experience in the offshore oil and gas industry.
Proven leadership skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Korean and English.
