Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Civil Engineering discipline. The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring safe, efficient, and timely design development.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Technical Authority (TA-2) for Civil/Structural discipline with authority to approve deviations from applicable requirements.">
  • Provide technical justification for deviations and investigate proposed changes to ensure safety in design and optimize project cost.">
  • Lead the Civil/Structural team in developing design scope and ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.">
  • Coordinate engineering-related reviews, including Design Reviews, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, Bowties, ALARP, SAFOP, SIMOPS, 3D model reviews, and Constructability.">
  • Maintain an overview of project Structural capability and highlight critical resourcing issues to the Engineering Manager.">

  • ">
  • A bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized university is required.">
  • Membership of a relevant recognized professional engineering association/institution is preferable.">
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in Civil/Structural engineering design in Oil & Gas Industry, with at least 10 years in Offshore Oil & Gas processing projects.">
  • Familiarity with Shell DEP's and other international design codes and standards, as well as Structural engineering softwares and design review.">
