The successful candidate will be required to book capacity with airlines, confirm capacity with customers, and provide detailed information about our various airline products to assist customers in making informed decisions.
In addition, the Airfreight Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting in the administration of cargo bookings, loading flight reservations into our system template, and ensuring that all data is accurately updated.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential in this role, as you will be working closely with multiple parties including customers, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc., to ensure seamless shipment requirements.
Key responsibilities include tracking and monitoring shipment status, informing customers of any updates or changes, maintaining good relationships with customers, and handling inquiries in a timely manner.
