Housekeeping Operations Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Housekeeping Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guestrooms, public spaces, and employee areas are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Shift Operations: Direct and work with employees to ensure property guestrooms, public space, and employee areas are clean and well maintained.
  • Inspactions and Accountability: Complete inspections and hold people accountable for corrective action.
  • Guest and Employee Satisfaction: Ensure guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining operating standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leadership: Excellent leadership skills, including adaptability, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Financial Management: Ability to manage departmental costs and maintain financial goals.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service.
