Assistant Director of Housekeeping

To deliver tasks as directed by Hotel Management / Director of Housekeeping.
Conducts daily checks of guest floors, public areas, laundry area and other facilities.
Ensures that all preventive maintenance and general cleaning schedules are in place and executed accordingly.
Ensures the highest level of safety and security by facilitating effective training programmes that delivers a high degree of awareness amongst staff.
Maintains the department’s key control procedure.
Checks and maintains that all hygiene rules and regulations are strictly adhered to.
Leads / assists in epidemic prevention tasks, including self-protection / disinfection / emergency response tasks.

**Requirements**:
Approximately 5 or more years of experience as Assistant or Executive Housekeeper
Displays initiative
Commitment to professional values and integrity
Able to lead and motivate the team
