Customer Experience Specialist

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences from initial contact to post-purchase follow-up, ensuring a seamless and personalized interaction with each customer.

To achieve this, the Customer Experience Specialist will identify customer needs, provide expert guidance on flooring selection, and proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service excellence.

This role requires a proactive and solutions-focused individual who can build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Providing expert advice on flooring products and services to ensure optimal selection for each customer
  • Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to address queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of GCE 'O' level or Nitec equivalent
  • Preferably, candidates with sales experience will have an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people
  • A strong work ethic, with a positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional results
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
