We invite applications for an Executive Floor Ambassador position within our esteemed hotel, where you will play a pivotal role in crafting unforgettable encounters and ensuring unparalleled satisfaction among Executive Floor guests.

As a trusted representative of our hotel's commitment to excellence, you will possess a unique blend of technical skills, interpersonal aptitudes, and business acumen. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide seamless and personalized services to Executive Floor guests, catering to their diverse needs and preferences

• Foster strong relationships with hotel departments to guarantee that guest requirements are met efficiently and effectively

• Maintain current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, and special promotions to offer informed recommendations and tailored solutions

• Participate in daily briefings, shift handovers, meetings, and logbook reviews to stay abreast of operational developments and best practices

• Ensure the Executive Floor area is consistently maintained in a clean, tidy, and organized state, adhering to health and safety standards

• Collaborate with colleagues to manage queue at the front desk, handle arrivals and departures, and coordinate food and beverage services as required

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen attentively and respond thoughtfully to guest inquiries and concerns

• Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service, embracing challenges and opportunities with enthusiasm and creativity

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of previous experience in the luxury hotel, leisure, or retail sector, or equivalent Front Office experience

• Familiarity with luxury food and beverage sequence of service

• Calm, efficient, resourceful, and organized individual with excellent time management skills

• Excellent personal presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing circumstances

• Multilingualism (English language proficiency essential)

• Accountability, resilience, and a customer-centric mindset
