About the Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, where you will play a vital part in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As an Advertising Sales Specialist, your primary focus will be on contacting new and existing clients, identifying sales opportunities, and providing them with tailored solutions to meet their business needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting new and existing clients via telephone, chat, and email on a daily basis
  • Identifying sales opportunities and providing businesses with the best solution for their goals
  • Improving client experience by driving optimal product adoption
  • Managing a portfolio of Small to Medium Business (SMB) clients, growing revenue, and providing pre- and post-sales assistance for applicable products
Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Diploma or higher qualification in any field
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a related field, although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work with multiple systems and adapt to new ones
