Job Opportunity:

As a key figure in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and administrative tasks of our clubhouse.

Your role will involve assisting the manager in ensuring smooth clubhouse operations, as well as liaising with clients for corporate events and handling sales of function rooms.

You will also be responsible for event duties, including assisting with all aspects of administration and operational matters for the clubhouse.



Requirements:

  • A minimum Nitec qualification and at least 1 year of working experience in Event Management/MICE/Customer Service are required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • We seek applicants with a cheerful personality and a willingness to go above and beyond for customers.
  • A proactive attitude, good learning ability, and the ability to work independently are highly valued.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
