Clubhouse Operations Manager

To excel in this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a clubhouse. You will work closely with senior management to ensure that all aspects of the clubhouse are running smoothly.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that all facilities and services are provided efficiently and effectively.
  • Supervise a team of staff to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to carry out their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and control costs associated with maintaining the clubhouse and its facilities.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that the clubhouse and its facilities are properly maintained.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives and goals.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field; or 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software applications.
