We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Clubhouse Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our clubhouse, ensuring exceptional member and guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reception Duties: Handle cash transactions, manage membership and booking systems, oversee locker administration, and process stationery orders.
  • Coordination: Organize and coordinate courses and meetings, manage hall/court bookings, and oversee poolside activities and events.
  • Proshop Sales & Inventory: Manage sales and inventory in the proshop.
  • Housekeeping & Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of clubhouse facilities.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to handle cash and manage bookings efficiently.
  • Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Comfortable working rotating shifts on weekdays and weekends.
