Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clubhouse Manager to join our team. As a Clubhouse Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clubhouse.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Director/Assistant Manager in supporting the daily operations and administrative work of the clubhouse.
  • Liaising with corporate clients to handle sales of corporate function rooms.
  • Handling events and duties associated with them.
  • Assisting in all aspects of admin and operational matters for the clubhouse.
Requirements

To be successful as a Clubhouse Manager, you will need:

  • A minimum Nitec qualification with at least 1 year of working experience in event management/MICE/customer service.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A cheerful personality and willingness to go 'extra mile' for customers.
  • A mindset to work independently, be resourceful and self-motivated.
  • Proactive with good learning attitude.
  • The ability to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
