Job Title: Clubhouse Operations Manager
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Clubhouse Operations Manager. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of our clubhouse, ensuring that all aspects of the facility are running efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities- Assist in the overall management of the clubhouse, including front office reception, rooms operations, events operations, tenants management, and ad-hoc project works.
- Supervise a team of staff to ensure the smooth operation of the clubhouse and facilities.
- Monitor and inspect the clubhouse premises to identify areas for improvement.
- Plan and implement maintenance schedules to ensure the upkeep of the facility.
- Prepare reports and budgets as required.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum Diploma in Business/Hospitality/Tourism or 3 years of relevant working experience, including facilities management.
- At least 3 years' experience in managing a team of staff.
- The ability to work independently and be resourceful and self-motivated.
- The ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Outlook.
