Customer Service Representative

About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our customer service team as we continue to evolve and transform in the industry. Our mission is to provide exceptional customer experiences through our trusted source of news and lifestyle content.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to phone-in enquiries and feedback on subscription issues, promotions, and delivery.
  • Guide subscribers on digital publications.
  • Handle email correspondences.
  • Manage customer relationships through effective follow-up and appropriate resolutions.
  • Interact with customers on digital support channels in a professional and timely manner.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm. Overtime may be required on weekdays during the subscription drive.
  • Required to work on Saturday or Sunday from 8am to 12:30pm (approximately three times in eight weeks).

Requirements:

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin with Chinese speaking subscribers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiar with social media channels and platforms.
  • Tech-savvy, creative thinking, and resilient.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Diploma with one year of customer service experience preferably in a contact centre environment.
