An Incident Response Leader position is available.



Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Major Incident Manager to join our team. As a key member of our incident response team, you will be responsible for leading and resolving complex global incidents, ensuring prompt communication with stakeholders and vendors. This role requires expertise in security-driven incident response, automation workflows, and cloud-native infrastructure.



Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in IT Service Operations, preferably with 10+ years dedicated to Major Incident Management & Executive Escalations in enterprise-scale organizations.
  • Proven track record of resolving critical outages impacting 10,000+ end users with measurable MTTR reduction.
  • Deep understanding of security-driven incident response, automation workflows, and cloud-native infrastructure.
  • Mandatory certifications: ITIL v4 Expert/Master, PMP/PRINCE2, and at least one cloud architect certification (AWS/Azure/GCP). Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, or CCSP) are highly recommended.
  • Demonstrated success in vendor governance and escalation, including enforcing penalties and negotiating high-stakes SLAs with Tier-1 vendors.
  • Practical knowledge of automation and monitoring platforms (ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM, PagerDuty, Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Prometheus, or equivalent).
