Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing accounts in the Food Service/HORECA channels.
Salary Package
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from $3,000 to $4,000 per month, plus a car allowance of $1,200, commission (quarterly), AWS (December), and bonus (June).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new prospects and maintain existing accounts in the Food Service/HORECA channels
- Identify leads and develop strong business relationships with customers
- Maintain good rapport with existing customers
- Drive growth and achieve monthly sales targets
- Manage customer account receivables to ensure timely payment
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market activities
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Min. 1-3 years of relevant Business Development/Sales experience in F&B industry (Preferred in Food Service Channels)
- Driving license with own transport is a must for customer visits
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong negotiation, CRM, and account management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
