We aim to improve the quality of the query, evaluate and optimize the outcome of the machine's results, and provide data sets for model training to better distinguish various intents of our search queries.
By identifying whether the user's manual search terms have e-commerce intentions and judging their e-commerce relevance score, the system can better determine whether to recommend more e-commerce-related search terms to users.
Responsibilities- Responsible for the user experience product operation of our platform in search, establishing measurement standards and review mechanisms for user experience, and continuously promoting the improvement of user experience.
- Responsible for formulating executable SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) based on current strategies, training, and collaborating with local teams to complete the evaluation of search experience-related strategies.
- Participate in project early planning, work with product and business teams across various ends to conceive functions and experiences, and provide high-quality user experience solutions for the business.
- Possess a high level of sensitivity to data changes of product function points and core business focus areas, be able to flexibly measure the overall experience level of the product, and put forward improvement suggestions.
- Insight into and analysis of design trends, identify the motivations and needs of target users, and ensure efficient development, implementation, and timely review and accumulation of solutions.
Bachelor's degree or above, with 3 years or more of relevant work experience; proficiency in English as a working language to communicate with stakeholders, and a good understanding of e-commerce businesses.
Strong pressure resistance, clear logic, willingness to analyze the essence of events, proficiency in solving problems systematically, strong affinity, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and good at driving cross-departmental cooperation to achieve goals.
Possess excellent data analysis capabilities, and be proficient in reasonably attributing causes through fluctuating data.
Capable of independently undertaking experience project management and solution design, with innovative thinking to achieve breakthroughs in user experience.
