Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled T&I Lead Manager to oversee the installation of offshore wind foundation piles and jackets. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and coordinating transportation for offshore structures.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, particularly in offshore wind foundation installations. They should have strong technical knowledge of offshore wind foundation piles and jackets.

The role requires effective leadership skills to guide and manage teams effectively. Excellent communication and coordination skills are also essential to work with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the installation of offshore wind foundation piles and jackets
  • Plan, prepare, and coordinate transportation for offshore structures
  • Manage installation work packages for installation of offshore structures at project sites
  • Work with owners engineers and other technical functions to coordinate surveys/measurement of progress and quality at fabrication yard and project site

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field
  • 10 years of experience in project management, particularly in offshore wind foundation installations
  • Strong technical knowledge of offshore wind foundation piles and jackets
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale transport and installation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and manage teams effectively
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with various stakeholders
