Singapore SEATRIUM (SG) PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the T & I inputs with design house. Ensure design documents meet T & I contractor requirement.
- Develop work procedures, method statements, and contingency plans for T&I operations
- Familiar with jacket installation noise requirement,provide noise and oil spillage control monitoring plans and procedure
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, marine warranty surveyors (MWS), and clients, communicates with clients, project management, and offshore personnel in order to see the project alignment is on time, cost and quality progress.
- Familiar with installation DNV code and local Authority requirement, MWS requirement. Familiar with the offshore environment, understands the risks and practical requirements of delivering T&I.
- Transportation: Plans, prepares and coordinate the transportation for offshore structures working to deliver structures to project site.
- Installation: Manages installation work packages for installation of offshore structures at project sites.
- Project Management: Works with technical teams and suppliers/contractors to establish installation approach.
- Quality Assurance: Co-ordinates with the site team and other technical functions to see that activities comply with project standards in terms of quality, cost, and time.
- Problem-Solving: Understands complex challenges and able to translate them into solutions drawing on technical experts as required to drive outcomes during the procurement process and project execution phases.
- Work in offshore is needed during installation phase and hook up phase
- Manage HAZID/HAZOP Workshop with T& I Contractor, Client, MWS.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field, familiar with naval architecture and structure engineering
- 10 years of experience in project management, particularly in offshore installations. Experience in offshore wind, oil & gas, or heavy-lift transport projects
- Strong technical knowledge of offshore topside, piles and jackets.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale transport and installation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Strong leadership skills to guide and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with various stakeholders.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
