**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize transportation and installation operations.
- Lead and mentor a team of transportation and installation professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and employee development.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the planning and execution of transportation and installation projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources, schedules, and activities to meet project objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for the transportation and installation department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our services and build strategic partnerships.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in logistics, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in transportation and installation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in managing transportation and installation operations, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and drive results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Sound understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to transportation and installation.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, with experience in planning, scheduling, and executing large-scale projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Flexibility to travel as needed and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
