Job Title: Technical Installation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Installation Manager to lead our team in delivering offshore wind foundation installations. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our company and contribute to the success of our projects.

Job Description:

The Technical Installation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the installation of offshore wind foundation piles and jackets. This involves planning, preparing, and coordinating the transportation of structures to project sites, managing installation work packages, and working with owners' engineers and technical functions to ensure quality and progress.

This role requires strong technical knowledge of offshore wind foundation piles and jackets, as well as proven experience in managing large-scale transport and installation projects. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, ability to identify and resolve issues promptly, and strong communication and coordination skills to work with various stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field
  • 10 years of experience in project management, particularly in offshore wind foundation installations
  • Strong technical knowledge of offshore wind foundation piles and jackets
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale transport and installation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and manage teams effectively
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with various stakeholders
