Job Title: Technical Installation Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Technical Installation Specialist. As a seasoned expert in Testing and Commissioning, you will be responsible for executing tasks assigned by the team leader or project manager related to T&C, breakdowns, and client calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and follow up on the procurement of parts, performing price negotiations to meet project requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and subcontractors for daily work and ensure adherence to proper work processes, including training, testing, and commissioning.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship for equipment installations at site and coordinate with team members until project handover.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A diploma in engineering is mandatory.
- Experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), Facilities Management (FM), and Electrical and Lighting Systems (ELV) is preferred.
Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
